Our Conditions

 

We offer our musical services in connection with all touristic services!

 

The complete package is including organization fee for:

 - performances

-  publicity

-  support services

-  rental fees

-  donations

 

In case you do not wish to make use of our touristic services, an additional processing fee of Euro 18,-- per person will be charged in addition to the organization fee for performances.

 

The organization fee for performances includes:

- selection of the performance locations

- arrangements for mass or concerts with the responsible persons

- assistance in choosing suitable programs for different performances

- publicity:

  newspaper advertising, posters, handbills, mailings, radio and television publicity

- provision for a CC&A music assistant at rehearsals and concerts

 

Charity-Concerts:

Many of our concerts are organized as benefits. We make sure that the proceeds definitely go to charity.

 

Diverses:

On request we do arrange for renting of instruments, music stands, or hiring of musicians (organists, wind or brass ensembles, vocal soloists, etc…) at additional costs.

Attention: No royalities included
